Breakdown of Services & Pricing

 Once you reach out to me via DM or email, please let me know the date of your event and time slot. If the date is available I will schedule a zoom or phone call to discuss more!

After theme/color, arch, and event details are discussed, I will be able to give you an estimate price at the end our call and then I will send an invoice within 30 minutes of the final total. You will have 24 hours to put down a 50% nonrefundable deposit via Venmo or QuickPay  to hold your date. 

On our zoom or phone call I will ask you what theme your event is, what color scheme you'd like your arch, and what kind of arch you'd like.  

Depending on how big the arch will be, I will need at least two hours to set it up and finish any small details. 

I will arrive back to the event venue at the end time of the event to knock down the arch and clean up (unless you want me earlier). After everything is cleaned up and broken down, the other half of the deposit will be due. 

Once we discuss the theme/color scheme, I will ask where the event is, and where the arch will be set up. Depending on what kind of ground the arch will help me know if I need extra tools to place it on the ground. 

• Starting price is $150 (Starting rate is a comparable rate/fee for what others in the field pay for the same service. This is a mandatory fee, however the starting rate is the same for all orders no matter the size or design.)

• Your total price might end up being higher than the $150 starting rate due to the cost of materials, personal mileage/gas, and the labor of work. This is comparable to the supply and demand of the current market.

• Please also be aware of the weather the day of your event, if it's going to be very hot, I recommend to make space for the arch in a shady area. Or inside if it's very windy.
